Photographing sand dunes can be tricky because they are so vast and often arduous to traverse. It’s hard to see them in their entirety, so I hone in on shapes, particularly those that come from the dance between the sun and the earth. Here that dance produced a black hole in the center of the dune, a pit to the unknown.
