LA FORWARD PRESENTS:
The AMAZING VOTE CENTER RACE
LA Forward is a progressive non-profit here in LA that focuses on civic education. Their mission is to give citizens the information and tools required to help them shape the city into one that works for all. For the 2026 California primaries, they brought their network of volunteers together for a friendly competition to get out the vote. Dozens of participants raced through the city to complete challenges at various voting centers to raise awareness on the looming primaries. It was a joyous event and one that left me feeling empowered to make the change I wish to see in the world.
